Reservations
Reservations are imperative, a 12 hour notice will be mostly appreciated.  Reservations can be done directly at the spa according to our availabilities at the time you will proceed.

Reservations can be done by calling toll free at : 1 877 VILLEGIA (845-5344), a credit card number will be required in order to guarantee your reservation. A reservation done in advance will allow you to receive the exact treatment you wish to have and at the time that will allow you to pursue the different activities you have planned during your stay among us.

Therapists
Our therapists are all members of corporations or federations allowing them to issue receipts for your insurance purposes. Only the clients receiving a massage are allowed to be given a receipt and cannot be issued if the payment is done via a gift certificate.

All of our therapists are certified to offer you the best care possible.  Men and Women are at your service. Our beauty experts are also certified.

Punctuality
We recommend all our clients to present themselves 10 minutes prior their treatments in order to complete a questionnaire regarding their health status.  Should you be late for your appointment, we might shorten the length of your cares to avoid an accumulation of delays versus our other clients.

Personal belongings
Lockers are at your disposal if you are visiting us for a minimum of 2 hours (packages of 2-3-4 hours and more).

Cancellation policy
- For a cancellation received 48 hours prior to your appointment: no penalty
- For a cancellation received between 24 to 48 hours prior your appointment:    50 % of the treatments reserved will be billed
- For a cancellation received in less than 24 hours: 100 % of the treatments reserved will be billed
